Our tax department is quite possibly the largest and most experienced tax services group in the world that is specifically dedicated to the offshore financial industry. Our more than 20 professionals strive to deliver the highest quality service and ideas to our clients with proactive, knowledgeable and responsive answers.

Our team is led by Partners Catherine Sheridan Moore and Denise Belton. Catherine focuses on the U.S. taxation of foreign and domestic insurance and reinsurance companies and investment funds and is a former tax partner of KPMG LLP in the U.S. Denise focuses on the U.S. taxation of expatriates, foreign nationals and offshore trusts and is a founding member of the Bermuda tax department.
